Where are we staying?

A beautiful Yoga Center in Playa Hermosa near Jaco, Costa Rica

How am I getting to Costa Rica?

We will help you find best flight options for Wednesday, July 19. We will have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport! It's about a 90 minute drive to the Beautiful Retreat Center. We'll make sure you are safe and coordinated with.

What do I pack?

Once you book, we will send you a welcome email with all of the packing information you will need!

What are sleeping acomodations?

You will have your own comfy bed in a shared room. We have private rooms for $200 more if you'd prefer to have your own room.

What about dietary restrictions?

After you sign up for the retreat you will receive a welcome email and an intake form. In the intake form you can let us know ahead of time of any dietary restrictions / allergies that we should be aware of! A big part of this retreat is healthy, ancestral eating.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! We'd love to help make this work for your budget. We have 2 part payment plan, but if you need more payment options, reachout to Ellie @ Ellie@mindfulbellie. We'd love to help make this work for you a modified payment plan.
