About Your Coach,
Ellie Rome
I am a former chemical engineer who became a certified health coach, functional nutrition counselor, sugar addiction expert, yoga + meditation teacher, and specialist in emotional eating after my own recovery from chronic health issues and a relentless sugar addiction.
I have now coached hundreds of people to transform their health, breakthrough sugar addiction and emotional eating, and create long-lasting habit change.
I struggled with thyroid issues, gut issues, chronic fatigue, weight gain, autoimmune issues, IBS, bloating, ADHD, brain fog and the list goes on. I went to over 6 different doctors and specialists, but was just handed prescriptions. None of them asked me about my nutrition or lifestyle.
I used food and sugar to cope with stress and was stuck in binge eating cycles and chronic restrictive diets.
Luckily, I discovered a holistic approach, and through transforming my diet, learning emotional eating tools, and making lifestyle changes, I healed my health issues, reclaimed my energy, lost all of the weight, broke through the sugar addiction and I felt SO FREE.
It became my deep passion to help others do the same.
My 90 Day Coaching Program is something I wished I had when I was struggling with my health and eating issues.

Biweekly Virtual Group Sessions with Ellie
We will meet virtually every other week (2x per month) to set you up for ultimate success with your health goals.
In our Coaching Sessions we get clear on your weekly nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle goals, celebrate your wins, work through challenges and set you up for inevitable success between our sessions.
We navigate cravings, social events, vacations, dining out, grocery shopping, meal prep, and anything that may have derailed you in the past to make sure you feel confident to achieve your goals
Meal Planning
We make sure you have your meal plan set for your week that works best for YOU and how to navigate social events, vacations, busy weeks and more. We map out meal prep, easy convenient recipes, grab n go snacks, emergency fast food options. We set you up for success no matter what life may throw at you. Even for busy weeks, with no time to cook, you will have easy go-to's and feel confident in what to eat!
This is how we create sustainability and turn this into your LIFESTYLE, not just some diet.
Support + Accountability between Group Sessions
Ellie will be supporting you with inspiration and resources throughout the month. You will also be part of a supportive online community group to share recipes, challenges, celebrate your wins, ask questions and anything you need to stay on track.

Emotional Eating and Sugar Addiction Counseling
Throughout our coaching, I teach you tools to navigate cravings, and breakthrough destructive eating patterns like latenight cravings, stress eating, boredom eating. You develop a new, healthy relationship with food and no longer a slave to food thoughts, or restrictive thinking, or binge eating.
